How we work together

Get in touch and discuss

This is the most personal part of the process to talk about your thoughts and ideas. 

Design and Quotation

Once we have discussed your requirements, I will create a design based on our discussion. We will then review the design and discuss the associated costs. Factors to consider include the type and size of the stone, the amount of lettering, installation costs, and any additional fees. After finalising the design, I will provide a final cost quote.

Work in progress

I will send you emails to keep you updated on the progress of your commission and work within the agreed timescale. 

Fixing

Your commission will be assigned to a fixer registered with NAMM, who I regularly work with.
